1. First and foremost, I am a REALTOR. Not all real estate licensees are members of the REALTOR organization. I have sworn to uphold the Ethics Code of the Realtor organization and will treat you fairly in the spirit of the Golden Rule.

2. As your advocate, I share some of the risk of buying or selling. You are informed of all of the property disclosures, legal and financing requirements throughout the sales process to make informed choices so you don’t have to go it alone.

3. I work for you at my own risk. You don't typically pay up-front fees for service so I don't get paid until you are SOLD. I maintain my own and participate in my company’s Liability Insurance and Errors and Omissions coverage.

4. One of my duties it to maintain and understand the current market. This is my only job and I exceed education requirements for my licenses to assure you that your sale will go through.

6. I maintain both licenses and Multiple Listing Service access in New Hampshire and Maine so you are exposed to the entire seacoast market. I know my market area well and I know when to refer you to another agent who is knowledgeable in another marketplace.

7. The complexity of the transaction is explained to you fully as many times as you want or need. They say this is a simple step by step process, but it is not always easy. There are no stupid questions in real estate (but there might be some dumb answers!)

8. As a strong negotiator, I make sure you get the best outcome using all legal and ethical means so no one takes advantage of you or me.

9. From Full Service Seller Agency to Accredited Buyer Representation or authorized practices in between, I can offer you comprehensive representation that suits your needs.
