Since you’ve arrived at this website, you’re probably in need of real estate services. If you demand the highest standards of professional commitment, look no further. Many agents hold only a salespersons license, and “dabble” in the business... I hold licensure as a broker, and real estate has been my full-time profession since 1998. I’m on the streets, the phone, and the computer daily - analyzing the marketplace in depth, and working to provide solutions for my customer’s and client’s real estate needs.
My background includes 20+ years in the residential and commercial construction industry, as a hands-on tradesman (United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America), and as a foreman, supervisor, and site manager. My experience runs the gamut from the basic ranch, to modern warehousing with 24 acres under roof. I’ve had hands-on experience with the building process from site work to finish work, and that experience translates to the benefit of my real estate brokerage clients.
My career training has been conducted in the classroom - not in the living room. In May of 2002, I became the inaugural graduate of the NH Technical Institute’s Real Estate program, earning an Associate in Science Degree in Real Estate with Phi Theta Kappa Honors. In addition to my academic training, I hold industry-based professional designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (REBAC), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (NAR/Tri-State), the National Association of REALTOR’S e-PRO designation as a Certified Internet Professional, and NHAR's Loss Mitigation Certification (LMC), so whether you’re relocating your family from around the corner, or your business from around the world, I can help.
If there is any way that I can be of assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact me...I conduct my real estate practice as a consultant and counselor, not as a high-pressure salesman. Thanks again for visiting. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
