Peggy Rogers

Enthusiasm, service and integrity are the words Peggy wants you to remember her by! After a successful career serving her family and community, she understands the importance of being in the right home! Whatever your family size, your home is a critical investment and she takes your unique situation to heart at all times. Navigating well thru the world of Real Estate requires hard work, strong negotiating skills and a thorough knowledge of the area.

Peggy enjoys sharing her pre Realtor learning experiences with first time home buyers.

She and George have owned six homes and she never realized that the story of the restoration of their adorable farmhouse with rotted sills and a salt polluted well would be used to convince buyers to have a home inspection!! Or the charming log home in Loudon with bats and a home made septic system! Or, the lovely colonial in Bow with a 10 year old failed roof. Peggy, George and their 2 dogs now live high on a hill in Pembroke with their kids and grandkids as neighbors! Deer, bears and occasional moose also visit!

Peggy is thankful to have been the recipient of many outstanding sales and listing awards and has been a frequent Masiello Presidents Circle Winner. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Concord Board of Realtors, and has earned a CBR designation for buyer representation, listing certifications, historic home and relocation specialties. Whether buying or selling, you’ll be pleased with the level of service, experience and concerned guidance that you will receive!
