Don't Forget to Bring...

To ensure that your closing goes smoothly don't forget to bring the following items with you:

• A valid photo I.D

• Evidence of homeowner's insurance. (pre-paid for one year) to the closing agent

• Your personal checkbook for last-minute adjustments and pro-rations, such as left over oil in tank, water bill, and courier and attorney's fees.

• Certified funds are required. Personal checks are not accepted for closing costs. Please be sure to bring a cashier's check, treasurer's check, or certified check for the monies due. You can also wire funds directly to the bank for your closing. However, you must allow at least 24 hours for a wire transfer to be completed.
