Builder will provide a high efficiency Energy Star rated (92+) Propane gas-filled forced warm air heating system with programmable thermostats, also two heating zones are included. (Size of heating systems will be determined by heating contractor based on industry standard calculation).
Also an Energy Star rated 40 gallon (or the equivalent based on manufacturers specifications) Gas hot water heater.
There will be a high efficiency air cleaner incorporated into the ductwork (make and model will be determined by heating contractor).
Supply and return ducts will be metal and sealed – Framed bays will not be used.
