Our first commitment has always been to provide you, the home buyer, with a quality constructed, custom designed home that reflects your lifestyle and your needs. We will assist you in the room layout and design according to your specifications. A set of blueprints will be produced which reflect our coordinated effort. Next, a description of materials will be agreed upon which describes in detail what will be included in your new home. A contract will be drawn up which specifies the conditions and responsibilities of Patco and you throughout the purchasing process. This three-step process provides a clear, concise picture of exactly what your new home purchase will be. We will provide you with a leather New Home Manual which offers plenty of information, helpful hints and storage space for your accumulating paperwork throughout this building process.

Next, we’ll sit down with you and discuss color selections in regard to flooring, exterior siding colors and interior painting. You’ll also contact our kitchen designer to layout your new kitchen and bath cabinetry. Finally, we’ll review the building schedule with you so you can begin scheduling the move into your home.

We will be available to answer any questions you might have during the construction of your new home. We’ll be with you during your final walk through to insure our quality construction meets your expectations. Finally, at closing, we’ll present you with our Home Warranty Package to put in your leather binder.

Our commitment doesn’t stop there, we’ll return in eleven months to insure everything is right and you are completely satisfied. In addition, your Patco Design/Build home is backed by a 10 year warranty.
