Springwood Homes & Development Corp. is a design-build, general contracting company
enjoying success in the residential construction market. To date Springwood Homes has
completed the land acquisition, design and construction of residential properties totaling over
$25 million. Including the following completed subdivisions: Autumn Run Phases 3 & 4,
Seasons Drive, Greystone Terrace and the easterly end of Barberry Street all in Hooksett. We've
also been involved in portions of the following subdivisions: Autumn Run Phases 2 & 5 in
Hooksett, Horizon Drive in Goffstown, and Parker Woods in Bedford. We’ve been in business
for twenty-one (21) years and have more than 50 years of combined in-house construction
experience. With our diverse experience and computerized estimating and management systems,
we can quickly and thoroughly determine construction costs and effectively coordinate and
control construction activities.
