Buyers to notify builder in writing of all additional items purchased for your new home for
the purpose of providing for installation.

We ask that if you plan to visit the jobsite during working hours (7 AM to 5 PM) that you
make an appointment to be accompanied by a Springwood Homes representative. You will
not need to be accompanied after 5PM. Please note that for their safety, children are not
allowed on the jobsite at any time.
