WATER SUPPLY
  • Public water system with drilled well (owned and operated by Pennichuck Water Works, Inc.) each unit to be metered separately by Pennichuck Water.

  • Allowance: $8,000 to be supplied & installed. Allowance includes cabinets, laminate counter tops, vanities, & installation. (choices & selections available at Bensons Lumber, 20 Orchard View Dr., Londonderry.)
FLOORING
  • Flooring areas to have a total allowance of $6,500 which includes vinyl in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room.
  • Carpet included in the living room, stairways, bedrooms, den, and walk-in closets.
  • Hardwood flooring in the dining room.
  • This allowance includes builder’s standard allowance for flooring. Any change from the standard allowance will be paid at the time of order. (choices and selections available at Bensons Lumber, 20 Orchard View Dr., Londonderry.)
APPLIANCES
  • Allowance: $1500 (electric range/hood, microwave and dishwasher) buyer to purchase and arrange delivery. Seller to credit or reimburse buyer at time of transfer of title.
POLICY REGARDING UPGRADES OR EXTRAS: Any and all extra or upgraded items to be purchased or installed by seller are to be itemized in writing and signed by both buyer and seller. Seller or seller’s agent will not be held responsible for the installation of extras or upgrades not agreed to in writing by all parties. All upgrade cost to be paid directly to the seller at the time of order.
