• FHA by propane gas with propane gas domestic hot water heater & central air conditioning, 2 individual units, one in basement for 1st floor, one in attic for 2nd floor with capacity for future expansion in attic (Black Fox Model is one heating and AC unit with 2 zones)

LOT CLEARING
