INTERIOR TRIM
• Window and door trim will consist of 2 1/2" colonial style molding. Baseboard will be colonial style approximately 3 1/2" in height. Interior trim will be painted same as walls with Benjamin Moore paint, or equivalent, semi-gloss latex paint (wall and trim color to be the same through out).
• Handrail on interior stairs will be clear polyurethane sealed.
• Stairs will have oak treads and pine risers.
INTERIOR WALLS

• Builder will grade, loam, rake and seed disturbed area to blend with the natural contour of the land. Backfilling, final shaping of the lot, trees to be cut or left standing, shall be left to the discretion of the Builder. Area around the house will be cleared as determined by Builder. Builder is not responsible for the health or removal of the existing trees. Approximately 8 shrubs/decorative plantings included in front of house and/or garage. (Location and design of landscaping at Builders discretion.) Landscaper will be designated by Builder.
