Knowledge and Experience
Stonehill Builders LLC was formed three years ago when two outstanding area builders decided to combine their talents and experiences. Tom Gioseffi of “Gio Properties LLC” and Tom Mosson of “Tom Mosson Builders” have more than 20 years experience in the construction building industry. In the past decade they have built more than 150 homes in subdivisions located in northern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. They have the broad spectrum of experience and knowledge necessary to complete a subdivision on time and with the high quality expected by the consumer.
