Bradley is a town in Penobscot County, Maine, United States.
Bradley was incorporated as a town in 1834, with lumbering and sawmilling the principle industry. It was named for Bradley Blackman, an early settler.
According to the US census, the town has a total area of 50.8 square miles, of which, 49.6 square miles is land and 1.2 square miles (2.42%) is water.
As of the 2000 census, there were 1,242 people, 514 households, and 363 families residing in the town. The population density was 25.1 people per square mile. There were 614 housing units at an average density of 12.4 per square mile.
