New Boston is a quintessential New England town located along the Piscataquoq River in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.  It is 16 miles from Manchester and 65 miles from Boston. 

New Boston is home to many hills and valleys.  It offers quite roads for biking, and fishing on the Piscataquog River. 

New Boston is home to the Hillsborough County Agricultural Fair, the New Boston Air Force Station, the Molly Starck Cannon and the Joe English Grange. 

According to the 2000 U.S. Census Bureau, New Boston’s population at the time was 4,138 people.  This included 1,434 households and 1,162 families.  The average family size was 3.15 and the average household size was 2.88.  New Boston is comprised of 42.8 square miles of land and 0.4 square miles of water.
