Warner is located in Merrimack County, New Hampshire.  It includes the settlements of Davisville and Waterloo.  Warner is located 21 miles from Concord and 36 miles from Manchester.  It is bounded to the north by Wilmot Andover and Salisbury, to the south by Hopkinton and Henniker, to the east by Webster, to the west by Bradford and to the northwest by Sutton.

Warner is home to Magdalen College, Mount Kearsarge State Forest and Rollins State Park.  It is also home to many small farms, artists and artisans.  The town hosts the annual Fall Foliage Festival each Columbus Day weekend, drawing thousands of people from the New England area.

According to the 2000 U.S. Census Bureau, Warner was home to 2,760 residents.  This included 1,048 households and 728 families.  The average family size was 3.01 and the average household size was 2.51.  Warner is comprised of 55.7 square miles of land and 0.2 square miles of water.
