Horse-Drawn Sleigh Rides at Coppal House Farm will make you feel like you've been transported back to another era, with snow-covered scenery all around you. After your sleigh ride, find a spot by the crackling bonfire to relax, recharge, and take in the seasonal sights of a real, working New Hampshire farm.
Keep in mind that for the 2023 season, only private carriage and sleigh rides will be offered at Coppal House Farm, so you'll need to make reservations in advance. Rides are available for couples as well as for groups of up to 12 people.

Carriage rides are wonderful, but what about when you want your equestrian activities to be a bit more hands-on? Then you head for Bretton Woods Stables, where you can enjoy trail rides and pony rides with no experience required. You can even take the family on a guided carriage ride or sleigh ride around the resort, snow permitting. The one-horse sleigh is available every day of the week, while the two-horse sleigh is available during special hours on Saturdays, holidays, and vacation periods. The stables are part of Omni Mount Washington Resort, which also offers alpine & Nordic skiing, canopy tours, snow tubing, and much more.

With 20 downhill trails, 4 lifts, miles of cross-country trails, a tubing park, and a warm, cozy lodge, Granite Gorge Mountain Park is a smaller ski resort that's ideal for families with young kids or anyone who's just learning to ski/snowboard. The majority of trails here, as well as the terrain parks, have been designed with beginners in mind while still offering ways for experienced visitors to enhance their skills. The team here has redesigned many features of the mountain for the 2023 season, so there will be plenty of new things to experience this year.
