Service Areas and Specialties My background and experience with owning and operating a daycare years ago and then working in elementary special education as an Ed Tech gives me a natural desire to work with families with children. I know the important features a growing family looks for in a home and community. I strive to be available to my clients and keep them well informed during every step in the buying and selling process. My primary service areas are the towns of Hampden, Winterport, Newburgh and Frankfort which make up the top notch school district of RSU22. I feel it is very important that I live in this district and clearly know the local market. Recently I have been listing and selling beautiful properties in southern Aroostook County, the Moosehead Lake area and Toddy Pond in Penobscot. Professional Experience I was first licensed to sell Maine Real Estate in 1990 with Century 21 A&W in Hampden. I enjoyed listing and selling homes, camps and land back then, and proved to be successful. I became active as a Full-Time Realtor again in 2005, joining Town and Country Realtors in Bangor. We eventually merged with the incredibly popular Better Homes & Gardens brand and are now 100% Better Homes & Gardens, The Masiello Group at our same beautiful location on Union Street in Bangor, right next to Bangor International Airport. Personal / Comments My family has strong roots in Aroostook County; I was born in Houlton. I grew up in the small town of Veazie Maine then we moved to Orono. I graduated from Orono High School and the University of Maine. I am married with 2 adult children and a dog. ! I enjoy perennial gardening, antiquing and escapes to our cabin in the woods. I am a fan of The Red Sox and Boston Bruins! I will soon be the proud owner of a sweet little cottage in Winterport Village which I will be making available as a vacation hub for short term visitors wanting to see mid-coast Maine, (Belfast, Camden, Rockport/Rockland), Acadia National Park, The Bangor area live concerts or Casino and the Katahdin region! I try to approach every situation with a positive attitude and a smile on my face. The qualities I hope my clients will see in me are professionalism and high energy. I am an experienced, full time Associate Broker and I WILL call or email you back when you contact me!
