Letter from the seller: We searched lakes and ponds for years before finding this hidden gem on Beech Hill Pond. 'Hidden' truly describes its unique location-just under a mile from the hub of Otis (Town Office, Beech Hill School, and Otis General Store), yet tucked away on a quiet dead-end road with no through traffic. Our neighbors have been coming seasonally for generations, but over time, it's become quieter and more peaceful. Life brings changes, and now it's time to pass this home to someone new. Summer is magical here: bonfires by the water, waving to boaters, spotting loons and mergansers. We've even seen chicks leap from their nest! Just steps from your door, you'll find a dock where you can enjoy your coffee and step right onto your boat. Beech Hill Pond boasts crystal-clear water, perfect for swimming and fishing-with salmon, trout, and bass to catch. Kids will love playing in the sand and laughing as sunfish nibble at their toes. We live here year-round and winter is just as enchanting. The drive in becomes a snowy wonderland, and once the pond freezes, enjoy snowmobiling, snowshoeing, skiing, and ice fishing. Bald eagles soar overhead, and minks roam the shore. Inside, there are two bedrooms upstairs: one with two queen beds and a half bath; the other with a king bed and views of the stars and pond. The main floor features an open kitchen/living area with granite countertops, tile floors, brick and pine walls, a full bathroom, and a spare room for guests or a home office. The lower level includes a master suite with tiled walk-in shower, sitting area, queen bed, and a laundry room with recessed shelving. We've been blessed with 12 beautiful years here, making improvements and memories. But the true treasures are the priceless moments: peaceful mornings, stunning sunsets, and nature all around. We can't wait to see who will fall in love with this sanctuary next. Thank you for considering our beloved home.
