Position your food or hospitality concept at the Winnipesaukee Pier as it enters a new chapter in the heart of Weirs Beach, one of the Lakes Region's best-known summer destinations. Formerly operated as a walk-up pizza shop, this space offers multiple service windows along the Pier walkway, a customer-facing interior storefront and substantial kitchen, prep and back-of-house space. The layout is well suited to a seasonal food-service operation, with room for ordering, prep, service and storage while taking advantage of steady pedestrian traffic along the Pier. More than 316,000 visitors were counted at the Pier last summer, with additional traffic arriving by boat from Lake Winnipesaukee. The Pier is home to Wayfarer Coffee Roasters, The Dox Restaurant, Tiki Hut Boats of Winnipesaukee, North Water Marine's full-service gas dock, hourly boat rentals, charter tours, in-water boat sales, a general store and private marina. Just steps away are the M/S Mount Washington and its cruise fleet, the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad, public beach, boardwalk, arcades, restaurants and shops along Lakeside Avenue. Weirs Beach draws families, groups, boaters and visitors for lake tours, Laconia Motorcycle Week, Fourth of July celebrations, summer fireworks and fall foliage. A unique opportunity to bring a food or hospitality concept to the center of the activity at Winnipesaukee Pier.
