Megan Martinez is a New Hampshire Native. She was born in Keflavik Iceland into a military family but raised in the Nashua area. She married Andre on a mountaintop in the White Mountains in 2020 creating a beautiful blended family that includes their 6 kids, a Bernese Mountain Dog, 2 cats and a whole bunch of chickens on their little homestead in Concord, NH.Her enthusiasm for life is in displayed in her photography, music, gardening. She started her real estate adventure buying her first home in 2006. Megan has moved 18 times since her 18th birthday (prior military family) and is familiar with the challenges and excitement of relocation. She also owns and manages her own portfolio of investment properties. After all her personal real estate dealings, she realized her love for the industry and became a licensed NH agent.

Megan has a tenacious work ethic and possess both the emotional intelligence and the professional poise that is critical to be successful in this field. She is in constant communication with her clients as they go through the process, and she continually goes above and beyond the
Realtor call of duty. She is both a homeowner and income property owner, which makes her empathic to clients as the experience the current real estate climate.

With her husband in the video industry and Megan’s proficiency in photography, she brings a high-quality customized experience to her clients.
