Bob Melanson is a seasoned Realtor with twenty years of experience helping clients navigate the real estate market. As a Relocation Specialist in the Mid-Coast Maine region, he offers deep knowledge of the area and a commitment to guiding clients through every step of their transition.

Before entering real estate, Bob spent a decade as a real estate developer, gaining valuable insight into the industry and establishing long-standing relationships that continue to be an important part of his work today.

Bob has also demonstrated a strong commitment to community service. He served on the Planning Board and had the honor of serving as Chairman of the Kittery Port Authority. Prior to his work in real estate, he built a successful career in high-tech manufacturing management.
