Service Areas and Specialties Although most of my residential home listings are usually within a 35-mile radius of Greater Bangor, I have ventured over 100+ miles for a unique property. The land/waterfront, camp/seasonal home properties can be most anywhere. Raw land, ocean, lake, pond, stream, river, brook, field, wooded - you name it- I either have it listed or can find it for you! Hancock, Penobscot, Piscataquis, Waldo & Washington Counties are my usual haunts- on occasion I have delved into Somerset and Aroostook. Name the place- maybe I can help. Professional Experience Prior to my real estate career, I had diversified business experience in the automotive, legal and medical professions (bookkeeping, secretarial, office management and lab technician). I even had a short stint at a photo studio enhancing portraits by hand (pre-digital era!), spent several years doing part-time work for an inventory company (that was fun) and also worked for a credit bureau abstracting info from various Registries & District Courts (an eye-opener). I enjoy detail work- what can I say? Professional Education and Designations I have been an Associate Broker & Member Realtor since 1988 ,a Million Dollar Club Member and belong to the Statewide MLS . I was a recipient of the Mark Stimson Platinum Sales Award for 1997 production, Broker of the Month (Top Listings & Sales- Bangor office- 7/98) (Top Listings 9 & 12/98), (Company Broker of the Year-1998), Circle of Excellence Award ’98, Platinum Club ’99, President’s Club ’00 & ’01, Circle of Excellence ’02 (54 transaction sides),Circle of Excellence ’03 (60 transaction sides), 53 sides in ’04, Circle of Excellence in ’05 & Platinum Club in ’06(39 sides) & ‘07 (41 sides). 2008 produced 25 sides, 2009- 21 sides, 2010- 29 sides. I had 40+ sides in 2011, 34 sides 2012, 45.5 sides (Platinum Club 2013) 63 sides in 2014 (Emerald Elite- the highest award designation recognized by the national Better Homes and Gardens RE brand).It also ranked me in the top one half of 1% of REALTORS nationwide. . I had 51.4 transaction sides in 2015....According to the NAR {National Assoc of Realtors} Member Profile -the average REALTOR only had 10 transaction sides in 2015) 33.5 in 2016, 42.5 sides in 2017 (Gold Award). Yes .....I’m busy ! I am always in the process of keeping my listing base new and exciting for my clientele. I procure approx. 70% of the buyers for my listings. Personal / Comments Listing & selling land is fun -but can be challenging. My idea of a day off is finding the land I am listing (which isn't always easy), walk some of it, take pictures & put up the signs. I also enjoy cutting my own firewood on my Downeast woodlot (where I am in the process of building a camp)- give me a chainsaw for the afternoon & I'm happy! I even manage to kayak or ATV on occasion. I also enjoy photography. The BEST is the very least I can do for you! THE MOOSE IS ON THE LOOSE IN MAINE!!
