William Reed, or Bill as he is known by friends is pleased to announce that he is now an Associate Broker at Better Homes and Gardens The Masiello Group. Bill's professional past includes being a Maine town manager with over 25 years of experience, a private consultant on governmental matters, and a small family business owner (Traveling Latitudes a travel planning company). Bill was the town manager of Veazie, Maine for over 18 years and served as manager in several other Penobscot County communities in the past. Over the past 15 years, Bill has work with developers and governmental agencies on more than $300 million worth of residential, commercial, and industrial development projects, including work on TIF tax increment finance districts. Bill's passions include working to see dream developmental projects fulfilled and working with people one on one as he did in his local government days. Bill is currently combining these two passions by working with individuals and families to help them achieve home ownership, and he looks forward to meeting you.
