He also has accounts with almost all REO servicing companies with homes in the Greater Bangor area including HomePath, HudHomeStore, Auction.com and more. Phil knows and understands the lengthy paperwork requirements to buy foreclosed property. Phil enjoys working with all buyers and sellers. He particularly enjoys working with first time home buyers as well as first time investors. He personally owns and managements investment property, both multi-family and single family investments.
