transitioned into a fulfilling role in the elderly care sector, where she earned her CRMA and PSS

certifications while working in assisted living homes. Alongside her caregiving career, she

cultivated her customer service skills with a side job as a waitress, building connections with

regulars and visitors alike until her first child arrived in late 2021.

The arrival of her second son in 2023 inspired Sarah to pursue her long-held dream of
