We had a private sale buyer lined up, but knew we did not know enough about all that is involved in a real estate transaction, so we hired Carol Cole to prepare the paperwork. She did much more than expected, staying in constant contact with the buyer, the lender and the attorneys to ensure the sale came to fruition. We are certain this sale would not have reached closing if not for Carol's diligence and perseverance.
