I believe that taking the time to listen & communication are two of the most basic attributes but extremely important elements of a client-agent relationship.... I am very familiar with the Seacoast as I grew up nearby. I adore the area and feel it has a lot of amenities. Many things of interest are within a short drive. (The White Mountains, the ocean or lakes, downtown Portsmouth with its theater & restaurants, University of NH, Boston, Portland, etc.). Dover now has the Downeaster Amtrack train that runs from Portland, ME to Boston, MA. Manchester airport is within 1 hour. It's just a great place for everything! My philosophy is to provide the best possible service by subscribing to old fashion ideals of honesty and hard work. If you spoke with my past clients; I am sure they would all say that they appreciated my patience, attention to detail, my professionalism and commitment to personal service. I think you will see that I really do take the time to hear you and help all my clients realize whatever their home buying or selling goals may be....... I am a former member of the Strafford County Professional Standards Committee. I participated in the review of ethical violations or complaints and attended the hearings.
