She has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of New Hampshire since 2008. She is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and sat on the board of the Rental Property Owner's Association (RPOA) for many years. After a move to Northern Virginia in 1980, Penny and her husband and daughters returned to New Hampshire in 1998 and built their home in Lee. They started investing in rental properties in the Seacoast area and found it to be both rewarding and challenging. With extensive experience in residential property management and leasing both professionally and personally as an investor, Penny understands firsthand buying and selling multifamily properties.
