Bob & Diana Wiita: The Wiita Family was founded in the 1970’s and was acquired by Better Homes & Gardens|The Masiello Group in 2001. Being in the same location on Park Street opposite New Hampshire’s Capital since 1970 and leading the office with 35 professional agents and administrator to the leading office in Merrimack County has been and continues to be Bob and Diana’s passion! Bob grew up in Naperville, IL and graduated from the University of Miami with of B.Ed. Bob served as a Naval Officer stationed at NAS Brunswick, ME where Bob and Diana met. Diana was born and raised in Bath, ME and graduated from the University of Maine with a BA. Bob and Diana moved to Concord in 1968 when Bob became the Physical Director of the Concord YMCA and Diana taught second grade in Pembroke. Bob has served as President of the Concord Board of Realtors and is also past President of the Concord YMCA. Bob came full circle from YMCA employee to its President in 1981 and dedicated a new wing of the YMCA. Bob was awarded the “Lifetime Achievement Award” from the YMCA in 2000.
