After many years in New Hampshire’s Mount Washington Valley, she recently settled into South Portland’s charming Meetinghouse Hill neighborhood, where she is lovingly restoring and making her 1935 Colonial her own.
Kerry brings a rare combination of business savvy, community connection, and genuine heart to her work. Deeply rooted in the communities she serves, her longtime involvement has included directing the “Get A Running Start” women’s 5k road race, co-founding the Mount Washington Children’s Museum, and serving on numerous boards including Starting Point, The MWV Board of Realtors, Arts Jubilee, the North Conway Public Library, the MWV Housing Coalition, Eastern Slope Ski Club, Habitat for Humanity, and the New England Nordic Ski Association.
As a mother of two, community advocate, and longtime New England resident, Kerry understands that buying or selling a home is far more than a transaction - it’s a life transition. Whether helping clients relocate, find the perfect coastal retreat, or navigate a new chapter, she is known for making people feel informed, supported, and truly at home. Her clients value her local insight, strong network, thoughtful guidance, real estate knowledge and unwavering commitment to making the process as seamless and rewarding as possible.
A graduate of Saint Michael’s College, Kerry is licensed in both Maine and New Hampshire. Outside of real estate, you’ll likely find her soaking up coastal Maine life with family, friends, and her labradoodle Milo - or enjoying a day on the golf course, hiking trails, or by the water.
