Lou Nixon was born and brought up in New Boston, NH and attended high school in Goffstown and Holderness, NH. After graduating with a BA in Political and Environmental Science from the University of Vermont, Lou spent 2 years working and living in New Mexico and Colorado. That led to a 3 year experience driving motor coaches around North America for clients from around the world, which broadened his understanding of and ability to relate to the variety of perspectives that different people hold. However, a visit back to the area in 1996 led to an introduction to his future wife, and to his return to NH where he put down roots. Lou has been married since 2000, has 2 wonderful children, and lives in a peaceful setting in the town in which he grew up, New Boston NH. Lou has been a full time NH Realtor since June 1999, serving primarily Hillsborough, Merrimack and western Rockingham counties, but he goes wherever his clients need him. He holds the following licenses and designations: Associate Broker CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) SRES(Seniors Real Estate Specialist) Green Lou brings experience in many aspects of NH residential real estate, assisting buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs including land, new homes, residential properties, condos and more. He also has a strong interest and expertise in NH short sales and in NH green construction. Having spent most of his life in the Bedford/New Boston areas and towns surrounding Manchester, Lou is familiar with local towns, neighborhoods and most everything related to the real estate business in Southern NH.
