Being in Real Estate for over 22 years, I have enjoyed helping people find their right home. My goal is for you to be as happy with my work today as you will be years from now. For the past 27 years I have prepared taxes and taught tax classes for H & R Block. This has been wonderful for me as I can help further explain tax consequences of owning or selling property. As my friends and family know me, I am always willing to help others.
Melinda is the best. She made the selling experience easy for me.

Melinda was amazing to work with. She was was extremely informative and also made sure we saw the big picture of every house we looked at, the good and the bad. I recommend her to everyone!

Melinda helped my wife and I purchase our first home. she was great and helpful thought the entire process. she was there at all hours of the night to answer our questions even if they were silly. she worked really hard to do things around our schedule. we did not have access to a fax machine so she helped us get all of the paperwork in. when we sell and purchase our next home Melinda will for sure be the realtor we want!

Melinda Paker was a joy to work with through this process of selling our home. Her expertise at her job headed off potential issues before they developed with the very best results for us. We would gladly work with her in the future.
