I am a licensed Professional New Hampshire Real Estate Agent since 2003 and my successes have currently ranked me in the top 2% of all agents in Northern New England. My specialties include all types of residential real estate and land primarily in Cheshire County. By my nature, I am known for my energy, attention to detail and integrity and consistently receive motivating positive feedback from my clients, both Buyers and Sellers. My strong background in sales and marketing from my prior 20-year career in publishing has provide me with the kind of experience necessary to completely and resourcefully assist you in the sale of your current home or the purchase of your next home. I have deep roots in Cheshire County which covers six generations which brought me back to the area after college. My husband and I live in Keene with our two Golden Retrievers and consider this area to be the best in the County for job opportunities and family life style. Outside of real estate and time spent with family and friends, I particularly enjoy outdoor activities such as downhill and cross-country skiing as well as snow shoeing, kayaking, sailing, swimming, gardening, traveling and going for walks with my husband and Goldens. I strongly believe in giving back to my community and have proudly served on both state and local real estate boards as well as the State Board of Directors for Multiple Sclerosis. I have volunteered for many United Way campaigns and served on their Allocations Committee. I served on the Board of Trustees of Hillside Village Keene, a continuing care retirement community, for 15 years. For the past 30 years during the winter months I have enjoyed working with the Special Olympic downhill skiers as well as being the coordinator, in Masiello’s Keene office, for a project which provides Christmas gifts to put smiles on the faces of the less fortunate children in our community. I am a member of the Keene Elm City Rotary beginning in 2012 and have served on the team that produces the Clarence DeMar Marathon as well as the Follow “Me” (Move Everyday) sneaker project team that provides new sneakers to every second grader in Cheshire County. I start each day with a smile and look forward to my responsibilities as a Professional Real Estate Agent which is a calling that brings both challenges and rewards. Working with my clients and providing them with my experience, dedication and high ethical standards gives me the opportunity to continue the outstanding service that I am known for. We listed the home in Richmond NH in the fall with Nancy and knew that we probably wouldn't see much activity on it during the winter. She worked with us and as soon as spring came, it sold quickly. She was always there if we had questions to be answered and worked for us.
