My journey to different places and homes began over 50 years ago when I embarked on my honeymoon with my husband Bill to Adelaide, Australia. My journey to different places and homes began over 50 years ago when I embarked on my honeymoon with my husband Bill to Adelaide, Australia. We stayed for three years and then headed home to New York with two extra members of the family. Soon we moved north to Putnam County and bought our very first home. A fixer-upper. It was an older home on a beautiful property and we were thrilled until the first night when it started to rain and we realized the roof leaked! Then the septic failed! There were NO home inspectors in this era and it was a buyer beware. In a short time we learned all about septic systems, how to re-roof a house and convert an attic into living space. By the time we moved to Massachusettes we had added three more children to the family. In total we moved to twelve homes in: Adelaide, Australia, Oceanside, Patterson & North Salem New York, Upton MA, Tokyo Japan, Ft. Lauderdale Florida, Groton MA and Nantucket MA where I practiced Real Estate for 12 years, and now we are HOME in Sharon New Hampshire. Over the years I have learned a few things about buying, selling and maintaining houses and now I am putting all my experience together to work for you.
