Kathy was very responsive right from the beginning. She knew what had to be done to sell our parents home, and she set us up with the contractors necessary to get the job done. We were all living out of state so Kathy met the contractors at the house for us and checked up on the house regularly. She made sure the closing went off without a hitch! She was very personable and a pleasure to work with.

Working with Kathy Kaklamanos was an absolute pleasure. Kathy's expertise, professionalism, and guidance were invaluable. I lost both of my parents within six months of one another and needed to sell their property. Kathy made the entire overwhelming process, from our first meeting through closing, as smooth as possible. Her open communication was also greatly appreciated. She was always available to answer questions, give me advice, or simply lend an empathetic ear. Whenever there were documents to be signed, or offers to be reviewed, I never felt as if I were being pushed through the process. Kathy took the time to explain every document line by line until she was sure I understood what I was looking at. Even after the sale Kathy has reached out to chat and find out how I am. When our home was under sales agreement Kathy would make it a daily effort to call us and see how we were doing and if we had any questions. Always on top of her game!! Greatly appreciated all her effort making the transaction run as smooth as possible even with a couple bumps in the road. Back in 2005 our home was on the market and the team was far from demonstrating Kathy's expertise!! I will recommend everyone we come into contact selling their home to use Kathy! She is 'AWESOME' and we had The Best Experience!!
