We had quite the journey getting to the closing table, with plenty of ups and downs along the way, but through it all, Donna never wavered! Donna reached out to me and my family during a difficult time. She walked us through the process of selling my parents home. We had to fix a few things and she was able to help us find good quality contractors on very short notice to get things done. She took a big burden off our shoulders and she was able to get us what she initially had us list it for. This was after the commission. Donna was quick and accommodating when we asked to see the house over a holiday weekend. She wasn't high pressure, and let us take the time we needed to see the house, and the privacy we needed to discuss an offer. Once we made our offer, she worked with the sellers to get us a quick answer. Once our offer was accepted, she spent a lot of time helping us through the rest of the process so we were able to close on the home of our dreams in just one month!

69 Fairview Ave Randolph, Maine To whom it may concern. I must say that seeing I have known Donna all my life, I wasn't surprised to find that she was willing to drop everything and start things going on the sale of my mother's place in Randolph. The time we were able to interact about business and yes a little reminiscing, showed qualities and work ethic that her Dad would be proud of. My mom was giving up her home that she and my dad purchased 26 years ago. He passed back in 2011, so she's been wondering what this was going to be like all this time. Last year she gave up her license to drive. January 1st she had a fall and fractured her hip. She now Calls Balsam House, assisted living in Readfield her home. Donna's help and quick attention to my mother's home surely shortened any feelings of disappointment and certainly lessoned any feelings of sadness as she revisited those memories with my Dad and the years in their home. I was able to simply be hands off as there were already so many things to handle with my mom and her new life. Donna tended to details professionally and quickly; I can see her Dad smiling about all of that. Thank you for allowing Donna to step by step put the necessary pieces together that moved this sale forward. My mother was very pleased Donna could have this part in her life.
