We were so lucky to have found Julia Sheehan and Cindi Sargent. My husband and I were moving from Puerto Rico and didn’t know the area very well. We dragged Julia to 20 homes before we found our forever home! We got regular updates for new properties and they were available for showings when we needed them. She made accommodations since we were flying back and forth and always greeted us with a smile. It was like looking for a new home with a best friend. She was always positive and understanding as we went from one showing to another. Knowledgeable and smart, they were able to answer any questions we had if they weren’t sure they checked and always got us an answer. We have bought a couple of homes and this was the best experience we’ve had.

Lucinda was really awesome. I can be a bit of a control freak, and she rolled with it. She kept me on top of everything as it was happening in real time. I would text and call. She always picked up and answered my concerns and anxiety. She and her partner Julia were on site when I was moving in. Ladies, I really appreciate everything you did for me. Helen Michaud, CPhT

Cindi was the best person for me , she was professional , informative and concise ! Anyone needing an agent only needs to know there are nerves involved and her professionalism certainly quelled the problems that arose ! 5 stars for Lucinda Sargent , highly recommended by myself !
