Denise made the impossible--possible. She assisted and support us through the entire process of preparing for downsizing after 25 years in our home. When we ran into obstacles, Denise would come through with potential solutions. Denise is professional, personable and very resourceful.

This is my second time working with Denise, which just goes to show she was so great the first time I went back to her again! I have also recommended her to friends as she is an excellent realtor. She’s easy to work with, always has an answer or finds the answer for you. She has helped me sell my parents home when they passed away, sell my first home and move into a larger home, and now helped me sell that home as I am moving out of state. She even helped me find a fantastic realtor where I was moving! I will miss her dearly, and recommend her to all.

Such a professional! Denise worked tirelessly to make sure we got the best house for us, often pointing out concerns we didn’t even think of. She listened to us, and accommodated our goals, adjusting her own planning on the fly as needed. She was very knowledgeable about the minutiae of real estate, and when she occasionally wasn’t sure about something she knew who to ask to get the right answer. When some problems with the property we were buying came up at the last moment, and the sellers’ agent was nowhere to be seen, Denise stepped in, rescheduling closing, chasing down contractors and writing up addendums even up to the minute before we signed all the paperwork.
We would absolutely work with Denise again, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an honest, friendly, intelligent, and all-round excellent real-estate professional.
