My experience with Mandy Ramsdell was stellar! She is so friendly and extremely efficient. She was on top of every detail as I went through the real estate process from listening to my requirements, providing options, finding the right property, making an offer, performing all the necessary inspections and permitting, finding the best lender, and keeping all on track for closing. She is proactive but not at all pushy and was diligent in communicating every detail and step in my purchase. She went out of her way to make everything as simple and straightforward as possible. I have worked with several realtors over the years in multiple states and she is the best real estate agent I have ever had the privilege of working with. You cannot go wrong with Mandy!!
