Ann Seyffer had a lot of negotiation with the buyers of this property lot 9. She always is very professional patient and kind to all who was envolved. However because of social distancing and other COVID factors the closing had many mistakes also due to my own mistakes. I'm sure a better procedure will be done in the future of other sales.
