I'm a real estate investor who buys and sells houses in multiple states, which means I work with a lot of agents. Ansley Moore is the best one I've worked with, period. Not the best in Maine — the best anywhere. She's on it. She catches problems before they become problems, communicates before I have to ask, and actually follows through on what she says she'll do. That sounds basic, but in this business it's rare. She treats my deals like they're her own money on the line. Whether it's pricing strategy, getting a property show-ready, handling a difficult buyer, or pushing a closing across the finish line, she goes above and beyond every single time. I never have to wonder where things stand. If I could clone her and put an Ansley in every market I work in, I would. Ansley went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for given the circumstances of our relocation. Thank you! As we were not able to tour homes in person, Ansley guided us through each home via her phone and took the time to answer all of our questions. She demonstrated an in depth knowledge of home construction and helped us navigate each potential homes pluses and minuses to ultimately make our final decision. Ansley guided us through the buying process getting the additonal information we asked and negotiating our final agreement - all while we were remote. True customer service and highly recommended.

My fiance and I had some very big life changes that required us to find a new home in a rush. We were both feeling the pressure to get into a new house as soon as possible. Ansley was willing to go anywhere, anytime to show us a home. She was also extremely proactive in finding properties that fit our needs. We had a few hiccups along the way, and Ansley took it all in stride, showing her true professionalism. When I was running low on patience, Ansley's easy going, no pressure attitude prevailed and ultimately kept us from purchasing the wrong home. I would recommend Ansley to anyone trying to buy or sell a property.
