Ara was a pleasure to work with as well as very helpful in our search for our forever home. He answered our questions about different listings and set up appointments in an extremely timely manner. (If you're not one of the first to see a place, you've likely missed out on the opportunity in today's sellers market. We bought this house the first day it was listed.) Communication was excellent. He came very reccreccomended to us and I highly reccreccomend him, further!

We only worked with Ara. We were able to look for houses online and so often saw listings at the same time or sooner than he did. However he was always able to answer our questions and was very helpful when we finally bid on a house. We were very happy with how he handled the negotiations.
