Becky was extremely helpful in selling our home. She spent many hours helping us prepare our home for sale with advice and actually helped in some of the improvements. Not that we plan to move again but if we did she would be our first choice

Working with Becky Wilson of Better Homes and Gardens to buy my first home was one of the best decisions I made. As a first-time home-buyer using an FHA loan and Maine State Housing, I knew there would be extra regulations to navigate—and thankfully, Becky knew them inside and out. Her deep understanding of the process helped us spot red flags in properties early on and negotiate with sellers to get the necessary fixes done, saving me from unexpected setbacks. Becky always came prepared. Before every showing, she texted me the property disclosures so I could review them in advance. She also brought printed copies and even carried a flashlight to help us inspect dark corners, basements, and hard-to-reach areas. She wasn’t just showing homes—she was doing thorough inspections right alongside me, always keeping my best interests in focus. Her dedication was unmatched. She worked tirelessly—sometimes late into the night—especially as we approached closing. Even when she was under the weather, she still showed up for viewings, which speaks volumes about her commitment and care. She is also an excellent negotiator. Becky made sure that any issue that could have stood in the way of closing on my home was addressed quickly and thoroughly. Her advocacy and persistence ensured everything moved forward smoothly. I had an emergency work calling out of state that came right before closing. Becky didn’t miss a beat—she immediately made accommodations to make things easier on my end and ensured that we closed on time without added stress. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Becky is amazing! I don't feel like i have words that do her justice. I'm so grateful that she was my realtor. She taught me a lot about the homes we viewed, suggested places for things I might want down the road, like a generator and worked behind the scenes to make sure everything was as smooth as possible. She found me a great home inspector and made sure the repairs were completed. She really helped me through my anxiety with this big decision and had me laughing along the way with her great sense of humor. I had several realtors before her and she surpassed them by far with her knowledge and professionalism. If I had a question and she didn't know she found out and got back to me. I feel like I hit the jackpot when I got her as my realtor. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
