It was an absolute pleasure to work with Carolyn Walsh from start to finish. Simply put, she is very good at her job. Carolyn is detail oriented (everyone says this but she truly is!), knowledgeable, hard working, and patient, qualities we greatly appreciated in a realtor. Without going into too much detail, we had a lot going on in our personal lives at the time we wanted to buy a home. We really needed someone who was going to be able to focus us during our very limited “free time”. Carolyn met us where we were and never made us feel like we were an imposition. She went above and beyond every step of the way.

My interactions with Ansley & Kristin were always positive and they responded very timely. I would not recommend Great East Title- Amanda Blackwell was assigned to the sale, and it was a struggle to get her to respond to calls and emails. I would rate her a 1.

Mike was amazing. I was looking for something very specific, he did the research to find communities that fit my criteria. He didn't try to push other places on me. He was always available for questions. Especially when I was worried I wouldn't find something, he was always positive!He made it less stressful in looking for a new home.
