We truly could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Paula! From the beginning, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. Could not recommend working with Michael Rauseo enough. It took multiple years to find the right home, but with patience and time, we made it happen. I definitely credit Michael to the success in my home buying process.He came to every single open house I asked for, and was a kind and guiding voice through the entire buying process. Not once did I feel pressure to move forward on a home that I wasn't 100% confident in.I will definitely recommend Michael to anyone I know who is in the market.

While buying our new home April was always willing to go the extra mile for us. It was very helpful to know she was always only a phone call away. April and the team were amazing. Our experience was very positive. Buying a home can be very stressful however not with April. She was always will to answer our calls. Even after we purchased our home they checked in on us. Not to mention our beautiful congratulations housewarming gift was just a little extra to show they really care.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Carolyn Walsh from start to finish. Simply put, she is very good at her job. Carolyn is detail oriented (everyone says this but she truly is!), knowledgeable, hard working, and patient, qualities we greatly appreciated in a realtor. Without going into too much detail, we had a lot going on in our personal lives at the time we wanted to buy a home. We really needed someone who was going to be able to focus us during our very limited “free time”. Carolyn met us where we were and never made us feel like we were an imposition. She went above and beyond every step of the way.

We chose to use Venise Bard & it was a great decision. She was attentive, professional and went out of her way to do research & help us with some updates to make our home more marketable. She is truly a great asset to this company & a great choice for buying or selling.
