Carol Cole did an exceptionally great job for us selling our house. She spent a great deal of time gathering all the information on our house including an additional document with information for the new buyers with everything from heating company, plumbers, electric company to others services we had used. She was available at any given time (including weekends and evenings) to any questions that came up. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a realtor that will do due diligence throughout the process of selling or buying a home. Not only did she price our home at a fair market value we were more than pleased with but she sold our home in 7 days to our complete surprise.

We had a private sale buyer lined up, but knew we did not know enough about all that is involved in a real estate transaction, so we hired Carol Cole to prepare the paperwork. She did much more than expected, staying in constant contact with the buyer, the lender and the attorneys to ensure the sale came to fruition. We are certain this sale would not have reached closing if not for Carol's diligence and perseverance.

Carol was great! She's a strong community member and knows southeastern Vermont extremely well. We went with her recommendation for an asking price higher than I would have proposed, and were under contract in 72 hours after two excellent offers. She had good advice throughout the process and handled all of the paperwork and logistics.
