Casey is literally the BEST! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, & goes above and beyond! We had listed our house before with another realtor & didn't have a very good experience. We knew instantly upon meeting Casey that she was the one for us. She was there for us every step of the way and eased any fear or worries we had. We followed all her advice & our house sold fairly quickly. We could not have done it without her! I wouldn't recommend anyone else if youre looking to buy a home or sell a home.

Casey was highly responsive and very communicative with me throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain the differences in Maine vs the state I’m familiar with. She visited the property and prepared the property as I am out of state. She did research on multiple issues with the septic, boundaries, and water testing. She made recommendations and was proactive every step of the way. We worked nights and weekends at times and she did it willingly and happily. She is a great asset to your organization.

Casey Hardwick is our agent at the Masiello Group. Relocating from the Boston area to the popular Hancock county area, we knew that we would face many challenges. Casey, who had sold us a property in 2016, is extremely knowledgeable about the workings of real estate in general and especially the quirks of this area. Places go fast up here. While she was sharing an MLS sheet on a property that interested us, a contract was put on it! We settled on a house in Winter Harbor that is perfect for us. She showed us the property three different times, once on Memorial day. Even our moving company remarked how unusual that was. Casey calmed my many fears as we went through the process. Every part of the transaction was smooth. Her expertise was invaluable. She could predict the closing process and guided us through it seamlessly.
