My wife and I were so very lucky to have worked with Cindra for our journey to find a home in New Hampshire. Cindra truly listens to your wishes and needs, and she cares about finding you the home you seek. I am on older gentleman with millions of concerns and questions. Cindra was patient with my neediness and made herself available to chat both night and day. She always made me feel like her #1 client. We looked at many houses New, Old, Quirky, and Unusual. She showed us whatever home we wished to see, and she personally kept me grounded about my initial "Wants" list when I was off the rails. We searched for over 7 months. Cindra stood with us in the rain for septic inspections, roamed around creaky attic spaces, and ventured the wooded property lines on so many potential homes. When we found the right house, she worked very quickly to show the house and submit an attractive offer on that day (before the sellers offer deadline.) Best of all, Cindra is a seasoned professional with a wonderful network of inspectors, contractors, and financial contacts which made the process of buying the house so much easier. I truly believe that Cindra has a passion for her job and she delights in finding folks their new home. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a new home in Southern New Hampshire.

We couldn’t be happier with Cindra! She gave us great guidance and advice through the entire process of buying our home. She did thorough research about similar homes, she helped us find the specialists we needed to make necessary repairs, and she negotiated with both strength and understanding to keep the whole deal moving forward when obstacles arose. We contacted Cindra to help us sell a land-only property in Marlborough that we had been holding for several years. She jumped into the project with energy and enthusiasm. The whole project took 5 weeks from beginning to end. She made it very smooth and seamless. If we have to engage an agent for another transaction, she would be the first person we would contact. Big thumbs up!!
