We very highly recommend Cindy! She represented us in our home-buying process, which lasted almost two years. Before retiring and moving to New Hampshire, we visited Keene regularly. During each visit, Cindy showed us houses on the market so that we could get to know the various towns in the Monadnock region, and she did so even though we weren’t quite ready to make an offer on any property. Then, when we became New Hampshire residents this past January and were ready to buy a house, Cindy spent many hours with us visiting houses, providing information on valuation and inspections, and ultimately negotiating the offer on the home we now own. What’s more, Cindy found us a home to rent for three months while we waited to close on our new home. In her words, we weren’t to worry about temporary housing because, “She has this.” And she did. Cindy is the absolute BEST! My husband & I recently moved to New Hampshire from North Carolina and we decided to work with Cindy at the recommendation of our local church pastor's wife. The process, from beginning to end, could not have been better. I could go on and on with praise but I'll just leave it as there is nothing that she won't do that is within her power/ability. Although this is my first home buying experience, I can only assume that not all realtors are created equal. Cindy went above & beyond, as if we were her only clients. We would like to thank Cindy for coordinating the sale of our home. Though the house was in another county, Cindy travelled multiple times to the house which helped us keep on a short timeline.
