Daneel was exceptional. She assisted the entire process and was very communicative. We felt cared for as well as having all questions and processes explained. When we had some difficulties with our builder Daneel was there to facilitate the conversations. She was very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend working with her.

We spent six months trying to buy a home in Maine, and I can confidently say Daneel Dafni deserves both a medal and possibly a vacation after dealing with us. She’s that rare mix of brilliant, patient, and just highly productive. Daneel somehow managed to make house hunting feel fun. She could see the potential in almost everything and always had such great energy. At the same time, she always had our backs and knew when a place that only photographed well was really just a crime scene “with decent natural light.” When we finally found the house, Daneel negotiated like a calm, smiling assassin. She got us perks we didn’t even know existed. Seller credits? Check. Peace of mind? Check. An existential sense that we’d made the right call? Also check. She also seems to know absolutely everyone in Maine. Need a contractor, inspector, electrician, cleaner, or yoga retreat? Daneel’s got a contact for that. We’re now living in a place that somehow feels both perfect and unlikely, like we won a mildly bureaucratic lottery—and it’s entirely thanks to her. If you’re buying a home in Maine, stop reading reviews and call her already - unless you enjoy stress, spreadsheets, and crying in parking lots. In short: Daneel is the best. We’d trust her with our real estate, our secrets, and possibly our taxes.
