Dave Cote is the most committed, honest, ethical agent I have ever worked with. Dave went way, way above and beyond all my expectations. He was willing to help me at all times. He said, “Just call me!” and I did quite a few times. Even after my sale was done he helped me with real estate questions I had. If you live in the Sanford, Acton and around area lakes it would be foolish for any seller or buyer to not take advantage of such a great guy.
